We are expanding our Ruhloff & Dauner team and are looking for:

Junior IT Consultant for IT Security & Identity & Access Management (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

You will become a specialist in IAM (Identity & Access Management), a key and forward-looking component of IT security. IAM is a technology used to automate and document personalized data processes in a company based on compliance requirements. This includes processes such as employee onboarding, transfers, offboarding, or permission changes.

To help you quickly familiarize yourself with these topics, you will of course receive excellent training in all necessary areas. So no need to worry.

Your main tasks, typically carried out as part of a team, include:

• Development and customization within IAM solutions.

This includes tasks such as:

• Connectors/interfaces for system integration into the IAM system
• IAM logic for mapping processes/lifecycles
• Workflows for managing user interaction

With increasing experience or existing skills, you will also be able to:

• Take a key role in direct consulting services with our clients
• Contribute to technical concepts and documentation

Work Location / Home Office

No matter where you are based – although our company is located in Stuttgart – you can work with us from anywhere. Work is carried out either from our office in Stuttgart or from your home office. Depending on the project situation, occasional travel to customer sites within the DACH region may be required. Visits to the Stuttgart office, so that all or most team members can meet in person, are organized as needed and are voluntary.

Desired Skills / Qualifications

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification

Experience in the following areas is considered beneficial but not mandatory: 
Experience in… 

• Identity Management, Access Management, Identity Governance 
• IAM systems (e.g. Micro Focus, OneIdentity, etc.) 
• User and access rights management in directory services 
• Design, implementation, and deployment of IT systems 
• Modeling IT business processes using BPMN
