The answer is yes and no.
Of course, industrial corporations face the same challenges in user management processes as banks, financial service providers, or public administrations. A new employee should quickly become operational (onboarding), an employee who changes departments should retain only the permissions needed in their new role, and an employee leaving the company must have all permissions revoked and be deactivated by the end of their last working day (offboarding).

The legal regulations that banks must comply with are strict, and violations can lead to severe consequences.
