Service Portfolio
Are you just starting to think about Identity & Access Management? Already in the middle of a project and need support? Unhappy with your current service provider? Approaching IAM for the second time?
No matter where you currently stand – with our services, we support you from the first idea through to successful implementation of your IAM project, and even after go-live, we’ll continue to be by your side.
Strategic Consulting
Getting started is always the hardest part, especially with such highly complex projects as those in the field of Identity & Access Management. That’s why we support you in the first step:
- Identifying all stakeholders involved in your IAM project and forming a project team
- Developing a shared understanding of IAM among all involved parties
Then, in workshops, we jointly develop:
- Your pain points
- Your project goals
- A rough project plan to outline the initial budget
We also assist you in building management buy-in regarding:
- The scope and content of an IAM project
- Costs and benefits
– so that your project gets the necessary management attention right from the start.
Concept Design
Our conceptual phase always starts with a rough outline. We only refine the results once all project participants agree with them.
Concept design process:
- Project kick-off event
- Workshops for capturing current user management processes, data, systems, and legal requirements
- Analysis of weaknesses, risks, and options for action
- Workshops to develop the target concept (including IAM architecture, target processes, roles and rights, legal compliance, etc.)
- Development of the target situation/processes (divided into business and technical concepts)
- Project planning with sub-projects and milestones
- Presentation of results to the project team, management, and/or executives
Depending on which IAM project methodology you choose, your project team will be more or less involved in the concept design process.
Implementation
Based on all conceptual results, we develop your IAM system according to your requirements – to your full satisfaction.
Implementation process:
- Installation of the IAM product (openText/Micro Focus/NetIQ and Quest/One Identity)
- Conducting customer-specific IAM product training (depending on project methodology)
- Setting up development and test environments
- Developing all components defined in the technical specification
- Testing all developments
- Optional: Setting up prelife and additional environments
- Setting up the production environment
- Migrating developments to the production environment
- Data migration and data cleansing
- Final testing of the production system
- Go-live
Depending on the selected IAM project methodology (see Project Methodology), your team will be more or less involved in the development phase.
Service / Monitoring
To ensure the smooth operation of your IAM system, we also offer the following services:
- Regular monitoring and maintenance of your openText (Micro Focus/NetIQ) and Quest/One Identity infrastructure
- Adaptation and further development of your existing IAM implementation
- Support via phone, remote access, or on-site
Training
We offer a variety of IAM training courses. Trainings are typically divided by target groups:
- Developers
- Help Desk
- End users
We offer both general product trainings and tailored sessions specific to your IAM system – perfectly adapted to your needs.
2nd Opinion

- Evaluation of proposals and validation of content and effort
- Controlling and quality assurance of your ongoing openText (Micro Focus/NetIQ) or Quest/One Identity project
- Assessment of the current state of your IAM concept or infrastructure
