Sales Representative in the field of IT Security / IAM / CIAM (m/f/d) – Part-time / Full-time


Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients in the field of IT security, with a focus on Identity & Access Management (IAM), Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM), and our own software solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure optimal customer service and support.
  • Analyze markets and develop sales strategies to open up new business opportunities. Do you already have experience in selling other services or products? Let’s talk about how that can fit in.
  • Attend trade fairs, conferences, and networking events.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with clients from various industries.


Work Location / Remote Work

No matter where you're based – even though our headquarters are in Stuttgart – you can work with us from anywhere. Your work will take place either from our Stuttgart office, your home office, or occasionally on-site with the client.


Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Confident and professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Professional experience in sales, ideally in IT security or in the field of Identity & Access Management or CIAM
  • Structured and goal-oriented approach to work
  • Willingness to travel, with fluent German and good English skills
  • Genuine interest in IT security solutions and digital identity management


Experience in the following areas is considered an advantage, but not mandatory:

  • Identity Management, Access Management, Identity Governance
  • Working with IAM systems such as openText (formerly Micro Focus/NetIQ), One Identity, etc.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as VAIT, MaRisk, KRITIS, ISO 27001, TISAX, and others
