Senior IT Consultant for IT Security + Identity & Access Management (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

You will become a specialist in IAM (Identity & Access Management), a key and future-oriented component of IT security. IAM is a technology used to automate and document personalized data processes within a company based on compliance requirements. This includes processes such as employee onboarding, transfers, offboarding, or permission changes.

To help you get started smoothly with these topics, you will of course receive excellent training in the required areas. So there’s no need to worry.

Your main responsibilities, usually carried out as part of a team, include:

• Creating technical concepts and documentation (architecture, interfaces, IAM logic, etc.)
• Providing direct consulting services to our clients
• Developing and customizing IAM solutions

This includes tasks such as:

• Connectors/interfaces for integrating systems with the IAM solution
• IAM logic for mapping processes/lifecycles
• Workflows for managing user interactions

Work Location / Home Office

No matter where you are located—although our company headquarters is in Stuttgart—you can work with us from anywhere. Work is carried out either from our office in Stuttgart or from your home office. Depending on the project situation, occasional travel to client sites within the DACH region may be required. Trips to the Stuttgart office are organized as needed to allow team members to meet in person, and participation is entirely voluntary.

Desired Skills / Qualifications

• A university degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable degree
• Several years of experience in the IT and consulting industry
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Project experience

Experience in the following areas is considered an advantage but is not mandatory:
Experience

• in Identity Management, Access Management, Identity Governance
• with IDM systems (e.g., from Micro Focus, OneIdentity, etc.)
• in user and permission management in the administration of directory services
• in the design, implementation, and rollout of IT systems
• in modeling IT business processes using BPMN
• in architecture, design, and implementation
