Heiko Endrigkeit is an exceptionally versatile consultant and project manager, bringing over 10 years of experience in the field of Identity & Access Management. With his calm and composed manner, he serves as a steadying influence in any project, even when things get turbulent. Heiko has been with us since May 2025, and our team already celebrates him as a tremendous asset after just a few weeks.

When asked what motivated him to join us, he explains:

At Ruhloff & Dauner, I value the open and innovative corporate culture. It allows me to contribute my experience in analyzing GRC-related business processes and their digitalization in the IAGM context to jointly develop optimal solutions with our clients.

Heiko’s professional career in the field of Identity & Access Management began in 2012 at Dell in Berlin, where he was responsible for developing and organizing training programs for the One Identity Manager – at a time when the product was still under Dell. After leaving Dell, Heiko gained further experience at two IT consulting companies. In various client projects – particularly in the financial and automotive sectors – he worked primarily in a conceptual capacity and further deepened his expertise in working with the One Identity Manager. In 2018, Heiko moved to the client side. At one of Germany’s leading drugstore chains, he served as an internal IAM consultant and played a key role in developing the company-wide Identity, Access & Governance Management (IAGM) strategy. From 2022, Heiko was part of a large European stock exchange group headquartered in Stuttgart, where he was once again responsible for shaping and advancing the IAGM strategy.

Thanks to his versatility, Heiko will also take on tasks in various projects with us, including:

• Strategic consulting in the area of IGA / Governance, Risk and Compliance
• Consulting on role concepts / applying our R&D RoleManager
• Project management and consulting for One Identity Manager projects

Another focus of his activities will be project management and consulting for Quick IAM Access App implementations and supporting our Quick IAM partners. Here, Heiko sees particularly great potential:

I have been working with the One Identity Manager for well over 10 years, and I have always missed a streamlined, user-friendly mobile app for quickly completing routine tasks. With the Quick IAM Access App for One Identity, we are closing that gap.
