Our newest addition Heiko Fischer brings exceptional versatility and has been enhancing our RoleManager team since March 1, 2023. He holds a professional certification in insurance and financial services and worked for several years as both private and corporate client advisor. Subsequently, he completed degree programs in software engineering and media informatics, gaining valuable experience as a full-stack software developer.

Heiko therefore possesses the ideal qualifications to support our RoleManager development team while also serving as a consultant in role mining and role modeling. For our insurance sector clients, he's a particularly valuable contact for technical aspects of role modeling, bringing firsthand knowledge of insurance operations from his professional background.
