Since July 2023, we’ve been fortunate to have Luise Rimola on board as an IAM Consultant. Luise is incredibly versatile and full of energy. She is completing her Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics while working and also runs an Italian restaurant with her father in the evenings and on weekends.

Luise began her career in 2019 as a customer advisor at AOK before an opportunity arose to participate in an IT project. This sparked her interest in IT and project management, leading her to start a part-time degree in Business Informatics in 2021 and to pursue a role in IT security. Lucky for us – that's how she discovered her passion for Identity & Access Management and joined our team.

What made Luise choose us? She explains:

What convinced me was the combination of technical depth, a motivated team, and openness to new ideas. I was especially impressed by the concentrated expertise and many years of experience in the team – it creates an environment where you can learn incredibly much. I wanted a place where I could grow, contribute, and use my strengths – both professionally and personally.

Luise will be supporting our One Identity team and participating in projects. She will also be contributing to the development of an interface between our R&D RoleManager and the One Identity Manager – the perfect opportunity to apply the programming skills she’s gained during her studies.
