Our Quick IAM Access App now includes an approval module that allows approvers (managers, department heads, or team leads from business units) to authorize requests for entitlements and other resources in a user-friendly way via mobile device.

In March of this year, we presented our Quick IAM Access App at One Identity UNITE. This offered us a unique opportunity to engage with many interested One Identity customers and discuss their use cases for the mobile application. It became clear that while the ability to request entitlements and resources is valuable, the approval of such requests holds even greater importance for many customers. The main reason is that approvers (managers, department heads, or team leads) are seeking a user-friendly and mobile-accessible solution.

Approvals were, of course, already on our roadmap, but based on the valuable feedback received at One Identity UNITE, our developers prioritized this feature and implemented it immediately.

One Identity customers can now use the Quick IAM Access App not only to request entitlements and resources, but also to approve them—anytime, anywhere, quickly and easily.
