The holiday season is unfortunately coming to an end, but don’t worry—there are still plenty of highlights to look forward to. One of them is Techconnect 2017, taking place in Berlin from September 19–20.

The Micro Focus Techconnect is THE forum for CIOs, IT managers, IT decision-makers, network administrators, IT consultants, and resellers looking for the latest information on infrastructure, compliance topics, archiving, collaboration, security, and identity management. This two-day conference offers more than 50 sessions on technologies from Micro Focus, NetIQ, and their partners. The sessions include a wide range of formats such as technical trainings, hands-on workshops, and general discussion panels.

In the area of Identity & Access Management—which is of course the most interesting for us as IAM consultants and system integrators—some extremely exciting presentations are on the agenda this year. Topics include IGA (the combination of classical identity management with business-oriented identity governance), multi-factor authentication, and the implications of the new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We will definitely be there—maybe we’ll see you in Berlin!
