While the IT security industry is generally complaining about a shortage of skilled professionals, we have further strengthened our position as the most attractive employer in the field of Identity & Access Management. This is confirmed by our latest addition, Steffen Romeike, who has been enriching our IAM consulting team with his many years of experience in IAM strategy and processes since the beginning of November. Following Volkmar Brockhausen in October, Steffen is already the second high-profile IAM expert we have been able to recruit within a very short time.

After studying business administration, Steffen quickly developed a passion for the IT industry and initially worked for more than four years at an industrial group in Stuttgart as a process and data manager. He then moved into consulting and spent several years working for two of our competitors in the Identity & Access Management field. During this time, he was able to build up a valuable wealth of experience with best-practice approaches for IAM projects.

Steffen’s responsibilities will include the development and planning of IAM strategies for our clients in the financial services, retail and industrial sectors. In addition, he will contribute to the development of process flow concepts, which serve as the implementation basis for our technical Micro Focus IAM consultants. In his first Identity & Access Management project with us, Steffen will apply his expert knowledge to create the conceptual foundation for the successful implementation of an IAM project at a large insurance company.
